TSM, a Network of Partner Universities Worldwide
TSM has nearly 100 partner universities across the globe, offering access to countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and many more. Furthermore, the school is part of the ENGAGE.EU alliance, an initiative that brings together 9 European universities. This alliance allows students to enjoy mobility within a top-tier network, facilitating enriching exchanges and intercultural encounters.
The International Relations Office at TSM plays a key role in maintaining these relationships and ensures that students have all the necessary resources to thrive internationally, both for studying abroad and for welcoming international students as part of degree programmes or academic exchanges.
Going on an academic exchange
Going on an international mobility programme is an opportunity to experience an educational system different from the French one, enhance language skills, and embark on a memorable human adventure! The academic exchanges offered at TSM allow students to study for one or two semesters at one of the school’s numerous partner universities.
Studying abroad not only helps students acquire new skills and strengthen their CVs but also fosters open-mindedness and intercultural understanding, which are invaluable in today’s professional world. Students often return with fresh perspectives and experiences that set them apart in the job market.
Summer Schools: Short, Rich Learning Experiences
For those who wish to have an international experience without committing to several months abroad, TSM offers shorter programmes than academic exchanges, such as Summer Schools. These one- to three-week programmes take place in June, July, or August at one of TSM’s partner universities. Open to students from the first year of undergraduate to the second year of Master’s, these programmes allow participants to discover a new country while delving into a specific chosen subject.
Classes are mainly taught in English, and students benefit from lessons delivered by international professors. The Summer Schools programme also offer a rich intercultural experience through social and cultural activities.
Study Visits: Welcoming the International Community at TSM
In addition to sending its students abroad, TSM also welcomes groups of international students through tailor-made short programmes, called "Study Visits." These one- to two-week stays allow students from partner universities to receive lectures from TSM professors while discovering the city of Toulouse and French culture.
For example, in 2024, TSM organised two short programmes in March and May to welcome international students, further strengthening ties with academic partners. These initiatives demonstrate TSM’s commitment to promoting interculturality and fostering academic exchanges.
International Programmes for a Global Career
At TSM, internationalisation goes far beyond academic exchanges. The school offers several international programmes entirely taught in English at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate levels. These programmes prepare students to thrive in a global context and acquire skills sought after in the international job market.
- Bachelor of Science in Global Management
- Master in Finance
- Master International Management
- 8 double degree masters in partnership with prestigious universities in Europe and Asia.
-
Doctoral Programme : the Doctoral Programme includes five Master of Science (MSc) programmes and five PhDs for those wishing to specialise in research and teaching at an international level.
In addition to the academic aspect, interculturality is at the heart of the TSM experience, fostering enriching exchanges and an open-mindedness essential for success in an international environment.
An Approach Valuing Interculturality at TSM
Every year, TSM welcomes hundreds of international students, enriching the school’s multicultural experience. The institution strives to offer a warm welcome and personalised support to these students, helping them integrate into the TSM community.
Through international events, the school encourages multicultural interactions between students and fosters engagement with international experts. For example, during the International Days organised for third-year undergraduates and first-year Master’s students, they have the opportunity to meet professionals who have built their careers on the international stage.
TSM places great importance on integrating interculturality into its internationalisation strategy, whether through courses, academic projects, or events.
By offering a wide range of international opportunities, TSM demonstrates its commitment to preparing students to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world. Whether through academic exchanges, double degrees, or short stays, TSM allows everyone to achieve their international ambitions.
