Every year, Toulouse School of Management - TSM organises an unforgettable Welcome Week to help new students settle into university life. It’s a key event for starting the year confidently and getting off to a smooth start in your studies.
A Pre-Term Welcome Programme for Full-Time Students
If you are joining TSM in a full-time programme, Welcome Week will take place over three days: from Wednesday 27 August to Friday 29 August 2025.
For students enrolled in work-study programmes (apprenticeships or continuing education), a dedicated Welcome Day will be held on Friday 3 October 2025.
Please note that first-year students in Law and Management degree and Digital and Management degree will also be welcomed by the Toulouse Capitole University, due to the dual degree nature of this programme.
For students admitted to TSM Doctoral Programme: your welcome session will take place on Monday, 8 September 2025.
A warm welcome at the university
A welcome session will be led by the TSM management team to help you understand how the school operates and what it stands for. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about TSM’s values and what is expected of you as a student.
Programme coordinators will be available to inform and guide you. Several information stands, mainly run by active members of TSM’s student associations, will also be on site to answer your questions.
An opportunity for students to meet and network
Welcome Week marks the start of a new academic journey – especially for those entering university for the first time. Talks, outdoor activities in the campus park, and social stands will give you many chances to meet fellow students and enjoy your new environment.
You’ll also discover TSM’s commitments and community spirit through various activities and inspiring talks held across the three days.

A number of activities will be on the programme:
- Campus tour
- Team building
- Escape Game
- Games available (photobooth, table football, table tennis, etc.)
The welcome week programme will be sent directly by email to students admitted to TSM (the email will be sent to the address given on the e-candidatures or Parcoursup website before administrative registration). All the information and operational details are specified and grouped on a dedicated website.
