Julien Grobert, TSM's Dean, outlines the 10 cornerstones that make the Toulouse School of Management a great school of management. At TSM, students and high-level researchers in management sciences interact to invent new programmes and research methods and develop new answers to contemporary business issues. TSM contributes to successfully maintaining the "ascenseur social" and supporting stakeholders in their international aspirations.
The 10 cornerstones of TSM
TSM in 3 words
Openness, ambition, responsibility.
- Openness to the world, to new managerial practices, and to high-level, ongoing fundamental research in management.
- Ambition to train future top-level managers and to enhance the reputation of our school still further; and a determination to encourage our students to be ambitious for themselves, so that they may take on positions aligned with their personal and professional aspirations.
- Responsibility: We must train managers who are receptive to global challenges and current issues, managers who are respectful, ethical, and responsible towards their teams and in their decision-making.
