Funding of the Work-study Programme Portfolio

The company must justify the funding and implementation of training in order to promote the maintenance and development of jobs and skills. This is dependent on the number of employees at the company. Each subject area may include several specific requirements that meet objectives and conditions for implementation; it is therefore important to understand them prior to applying for the appropriate funding.

This is a significant process, which is particulary interesting for long-term pathways.

For the company, it is a question of integrating new employees by leveraging schemes that combine employment and training in order to benefit, in the long term, from adapted and competent staff. They therefore target jobseekers and/or "young" people with no experience.

• Apprenticeship contracts - for 16-30 year olds
• Professionnalisation contract - for 16-25 year olds and jobseekers aged 26 and over

Are you a self-employed worker (farmer, craftsman, self-employed person, trader, freelance)? You can also access training and benefit from funding, as you also pay a contribution to a "Organisme Collecteur habilité par l’Etat".
