Applying to Toulouse School of Management (TSM) provides the opportunity to join a leading public management school in Europe, focused on excellence in research and teaching. Submit your application to become an active player on the regional, national, and international stage, addressing economic challenges and societal issues.

Applying for the 2026 intake at TSM

For applications to the Bachelor 3 and Master 1 programmes, a selection test is now mandatory.

The scores from the aptitude tests for management and business studies, namely the TAGE 2 or TAGE MAGE, will supplement the review of the application files.

For applying to B3, the TAGE 2 will be required.

Candidates in the following situations for the 2025-2026 academic year are exempt from this test:

  • Candidates enrolled at TSM (including those in Law and Management or Digital and Management)

  • Candidates enrolled in the second year of the Economics and Management degree at TSE

  • Candidates enrolled in the BUT GEA programme at the Rodez University Institute of Technology (IUT)

  • Candidates from an institution benefiting from a partnership with TSM in 2025–2026 (INSA, Purpan, Lycée Ozenne)

  • Candidates who do not reside in France

  • Candidates applying for a work–study programme.

Preparing for TAGE 2


For applying to M1, the TAGE MAGE will be required.

Candidates in the following situations for the 2025-2026 academic year are exempt from this test:

  • Candidates enrolled at TSM (including those in Law and Management or Digital and Management)
  • Candidates from an institution benefiting from a partnership with TSM in 2025–2026 (INSA, Purpan, Lycée Ozenne), or enrolling as part of a double degree with TSM in collaboration with these same partners (INSA, Purpan, Lycée Ozenne)
  • Candidates who do not reside in mainland France
  • Candidates applying for a work–study programme (except for the Master 1 in Human Resource Management: candidates in both the full-time and work–study programme must present a TAGE MAGE test score).

Preparing Your Application at TSM

To help you prepare your application, here is a non-exhaustive list of the key documents required. Please note that additional documents may be requested for your application.

For Programmes Taught in French:

  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Cover letter
  • Copy of National Identity Card, passport, or valid residence permit.
  • Transcripts of baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate studies.
  • French language certification:
    • Mandatory for non-French-speaking students, UNLESS you were already enrolled in a French higher education institution in the previous year.
  • English language proficiency certificate, chosen from the list of accepted English language certifications at TSM (the required level may vary depending on the programme applied for):
    • For Master 1 programmes, required for all students 
    • For Master 2 programmes, required only for external students to TSM

For International Programmes (Taught in English):

  • Curriculum vitae in English
  • Cover letter in English
  • Transcripts of baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate studies.
  • English language proficiency certificate, chosen from the list of accepted English language certifications at TSM (the required level may vary depending on the programme applied for). Please note that this does not apply to Parcoursup applications.
