Apply to the new work-study Master in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at TSM!

From the 2026 academic year, the Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility Management, developed in partnership with ESQESE at ICT (Institut Catholique de Toulouse), will now be offered as a work-study programme from Master 1 onwards, in addition to the Master 2 already included in TSM’s course portfolio. TSM - Toulouse School of Management is a faculty of Toulouse Capitole University.

This programme prepares students to manage corporate social responsibility challenges within a wide range of organisations (companies, NGOs, public administrations).

A work-study Master's degree in CSR, based in Toulouse

The first year of the Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management trains students in the key challenges of ecological and social transitions in the business world. The programme provides the essential theoretical foundations and initial operational tools required to embed CSR at the heart of organisational strategies.

Based in Toulouse, this Master’s degree is available through continuing education or as a work-study programme, under either an apprenticeship or professionalisation contract.

This Master’s is offered as part of a partnership with ESQESE at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse (ICT). Teaching takes place on the ICT-ESQESE campus.

Career paths after the CSR Master’s degree

The Master 1 in CSR Management and the Master 2 Law and Management of Corporate Social Responsibility combine legal and managerial approaches with CSR tools in a globalised economy.

At the end of the two-year Master’s programme, graduates will be able to:

  • Understand and master international and national legislative and regulatory frameworks governing organisational social responsibility
  • Broaden strategic thinking to address new CSR-related challenges, particularly the emergence of new business models
  • Lead projects related to social responsibility, whether environmental, social or societal

Target careers include:

  • CSR manager or CSR project officer
  • Management consultant
  • In-house legal counsel
  • Legal auditor
  • Social auditor
  • Judicial administrator
  • CSR project manager

After graduation, students may also choose to continue their studies with a PhD degree through our Doctoral Programme.
