Why choose TSM for your work-study programme?
TSM – Toulouse School of Management, part of the Experimental Public Institution (EPE) Université Toulouse Capitole, is recognised as a leading public school of management.
Each year, approximately one third of our students follow a work-study programme, from the final year of undergraduate study through to Master’s level.
This scheme covers a wide range of specialisations, including purchasing, marketing, human resources, finance, strategy, and CSR.
TSM trains responsible managers with a global outlook, capable of making decisions in response to current challenges, particularly societal and environmental ones, in line with Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development principles.
Through work-study, our students benefit from a balance between theoretical courses and hands-on professional experience, fostering rapid skills development and long-term employability.
TSM’s outcomes demonstrate the impact of work-study on professional integration:
- 85% of work-study students are employed within six months of graduating, compared with 78% of students in initial programmes
- Nearly 50% are recruited before completing their studies
- Two-thirds of work-study students are offered a job at the end of their apprenticeship
- 46% continue with their host company
These results confirm that work-study is not just a programme: it is a powerful asset for launching your career!
