Interculturality plays a key role in the internationalisation of our management school's programmes. TSM brings the international dimension to the School through intercultural coaching, international events and multicultural networking.
Toulouse School of Management welcomes several hundred international students every year. With its cosmopolitan DNA and dialogue between management disciplines (Marketing, Finance, Accounting-Controlling, HR, Management), intercultural interaction is a natural part of its internationalisation strategy.
What is interculturality at TSM?
Intercultural coaching
Every bachelor student takes part in intercultural awareness workshops to raise their intercultural awareness as part of their preparation for international mobility.
Master 1 students enrolled in TSM's international programmes also benefit from intercultural team-building workshops.
During these workshops, students are encouraged to think collectively about cultural baggage, and to examine beliefs and prejudices through debates and the sharing of experiences..
The International Days
For two days in January, TSM goes international. Bachelor 3 and Master 1 students attend seminars given exclusively in English by international experts specialising in one of TSM's fields of study: Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Marketing and Strategy.

The international mobility fair
Every year, the International Relations Office offers TSM students and future applicants the opportunity to find out more about studying abroad, through an online fair. Students currently studying abroad or returning from international mobility share their experiences and answer questions from students interested in outgoing mobility.
Sponsorship of international students with the Buddy programme
The buddy programme for international students enables them to develop a relationship and interact with TSM students, as well as enriching themselves through an intercultural experience.
This programme aims to:
- Improve the welcome phase and integration of international students at TSM and in Toulouse;
- Develop the internationalisation of local students by encouraging intercultural exchanges and open-mindedness.
