Recap of the 2024 Apprenticeship Forum at TSM

This year, Toulouse School of Management introduced a hybrid format for its apprenticeship forum, combining two weeks of virtual meetings with an in-person day on 23 April 2024. This approach not only offered more flexibility to students and recruiters but also catered to a diverse range of expectations.

A Gateway Between Students and Companies

The 2024 edition of the event brought together 545 candidates, 36 companies virtually, and 42 companies during the in-person day.

During the virtual forum, students explored numerous offers, interacted with recruiters on digital platforms, conducted online interviews, and prepared their applications for the day of the in-person meeting. Major partner companies such as Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Continental, Pierre Fabre, L'Oréal, Mutuelle Prévifrance, and Vitesco Technologies, among others, were thus able to search for their future apprentices.

The forum covered a wide range of sectors, including marketing, communication, banking and finances, human resources, as well as accounting, providing students the opportunity to apply for apprenticeships for the academic year 2024/2025 at TSM.

A Format That Satisfies the Majority

This new format was really appreciated by both students and companies. Niruba, a candidate for a Master's in Marketing, expressed a preference for direct contact:

I was able to participate in the virtual part, but I prefer the in-person meetings because it's where you can ask all our questions, and it's easier to exchange compared to the digital part.

Marie Dominique, a candidate for a Master's in Bank, finance and insurance at TSM, found that the virtual forum facilitated an initial approach to familiarise oneself with the interview process and to make a first contact with recruiters:

The virtual forum was great, it helped deal with some of the stress.

From the recruiters' side, Hugo from Crédit Agricole highlighted the benefits of the hybrid format

This new format also allows us to reach students who might not be able to meet with us in person on the day of the forum.

The event was also an opportunity for the school's alumni to return to the campus and recruit students, demonstrating the strong bonds between TSM and its former students.

In conclusion, this edition not only satisfied the majority of participants but also promoted exchanges between companies and students, thus facilitating their search for apprenticeships.

TSM would like to thank all its partners as well as the students who participated in this forum, and who contributed to the success of this event.
