A TSM Student Wins Second Place in the CRECE Competition!

CRECE: A Competition to Support Student Entrepreneurs

Each year, the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) organises the Regional Competition for Student Entrepreneurs (CRECE).
The 24th edition took place on Tuesday, 27 May at the Palais Consulaire in Toulouse.

This annual competition offers students from diverse academic backgrounds the opportunity to immerse themselves in the entrepreneurial world. From the initial idea to the launch strategy, including market research, financial planning, and legal aspects, participants build a fully-fledged business creation project.

Who Can Take Part in the Competition?

The competition is open to students enrolled in one of the CRECE partner higher education institutions, provided that over 75% of their studies take place within the Toulouse Academy.
Also eligible are students who graduated less than a year before the submission deadline from one of the partner institutions, and who are not currently enrolled in another higher education programme.

Each partner institution can propose two projects, which are then submitted to the CRECE jury.
This year, 28 projects were presented by 52 students!

A TSM Student on the CRECE Podium

This year, Martha Subra, a Master 2 student in Strategic Business Development at TSM, won second place with her project Roulotte: a mobile coffee shop offering high-quality products in a warm, accessible setting that reinvents the coffee break.

We had already had the pleasure of welcoming her at the Open Day last February, where Roulotte met with great success, confirming public interest in this innovative concept.

The Jury’s Favourite: Another Win for TSM

In addition to this fantastic second place, the jury’s “coup de cœur” prize was also awarded to one of our students, Simon Sabathier, for his project En tracteur Simone!

TSM, a School That Champions Entrepreneurship

As a CRECE partner, TSM is actively committed to promoting student entrepreneurship. The school highlights the journeys of many alumni who have become entrepreneurs and started their own businesses, as well as those of current students who combine studies and entrepreneurship on a daily basis.

Among them is Martha Subra, supported by the Boost programme from the Genius TSM associationan initiative dedicated to helping student entrepreneurs.

Thanks to her determination and creativity, Martha has managed to turn an original idea into a concrete and promising project. This recognition at CRECE not only acknowledges the quality of her concept but also rewards her dedication and hard work.

We are proud to count such inspiring talents among our students, talents who represent the future of entrepreneurship.

Congratulations, Martha and Simon!
