Every year, Toulouse School of Management organises an unforgettable week of discovery for new students.
- For initial programme students: Welcome Week will take place over 3 days, from Wednesday 28 August to Friday 30 August.
- For students in work-study and continuing education programmes: a dedicated "Welcome Day" will be held on 4 October 2024.
- Please note that for first-year students in Law and Management bachelor's programme, a welcome week, with a dedicated day on 5th September 2024, will be organised by Toulouse Capitole University due to the double degree nature of this programme. Feel free to consult the schedule for this week.
A warm welcome at the university
A welcome meeting is organised and supervised by TSM to enable students to familiarise themselves with how the school operates. This is an opportunity for students to better understand the commitments and values of their future school.
The heads of the various programmes are on hand to inform, advise and support new arrivals. There are also a number of information stands on site, run mainly by committed members of the TSM’s Student Associations.
An opportunity for students to meet and network
The aim is to mark the start of a new academic year, which for some students is beginning at a new university. Conferences, free events in the campus grounds, discussion and meeting stands - everything is designed to ensure that newly admitted students discover a pleasant and festive place to live. Welcome Week is also an opportunity for students to identify the school and its commitments, through CSR activities and responsible and inspiring speeches.

A number of activities will be on the programme:
- Campus tour
- Team building
- CSR workshops and conference
- Sponsorship activities
- Games available (photobooth, table football, table tennis, basket, etc.)
The back-to-school programme will be sent directly by email to students admitted to TSM (the email will be sent to the address given on the e-candidatures or Parcoursup website before administrative registration). All the information and operational details are specified and grouped on a dedicated website.
