Are you passionate about HR and wish to focus on international human resource management? Do you want to develop critical thinking skills and gain a deeper understanding of people management challenges in organizations?

The final-year Master (Master 2) in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) is designed to prepare students for executive and expert roles across core HR fields and professions. Upon completion, students typically join international organizations in France or abroad. The program includes in-company experiences, most commonly through work-study apprenticeships secured by students in France. In addition to building a solid grounding in human resource management in organizations, this program addresses wider people management and organizational transformations, including digital ones. This master’s degree offers a cross-disciplinary perspective that integrates both the strategic and the operational challenges faced by today’s HR managers.

A diverse team of international scholars and HR professionals contributes to this degree, blending academic insights with market trends and practices. They provide close guidance and support, helping students develop their professional identity and achieve successful integration into the workforce, both in France and globally.

Hear from Our Students

I chose TSM because it was one of the only IAE that offered a Double Degree in Management and Law with UT Capitole, and I was looking for this Double Degree after the baccalaureate. Coming from the Basque country, I was immediately won over by TSM, a school proving its high quality of teaching both in the content of the courses taught and through the various speakers.  I was quickly charmed by the beautiful pink city, which has allowed me to create magnificent memories during these last 5 years of study.

It also offers professional opportunities through apprenticeships and internships integrated into the curriculum.
