New Developments in Bachelor Programmes at Toulouse School of Management
TSM is enriching its bachelor programme offerings with several innovative programmes and strategic partnerships that open doors to international and specialised careers.
- New Bank,Finance and insurance Track, in Albi
For the 2025-2026 academic year, TSM is expanding its programme offerings with a professional bachelor degree, accessible in the third year of Bachelor in Management, specialising in Bank, Finance, and Insurance, in Albi.
Already offered in Toulouse, this track is provided in partnership with the CFA DIFCAM, a key player in the banking and insurance sectors. Students will benefit from a curriculum that combines theory with professional expertise.
This programme aligns with TSM's academic excellence, ranked first in Occitanie and eighth nationally in the Banking, Insurance, and Finance category by Eduniversal.
- New Double Degrees in Bachelor of Science in Global Management
TSM now offers two new double degree programmes in partnership with European universities, available from the second year of the Bachelor of Science in Global Management:
- Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany)
- Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italy)
By following these programmes, students will obtain two degrees: the Bachelor of Science in Global Management awarded by TSM and, depending on the selected path, either the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt) or the Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics (Tor Vergata).
These programmes allow students to earn a double degree and gain valuable intercultural experience.
New Developments in Master Programmes at Toulouse School of Management
In 2025, TSM will offer new Master's programmes that respond to current challenges in the job market, with a particular focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and human resources.
This programme, developed in partnership with the ESQESE (Catholic Institute of Toulouse), is now offered as a work-study programme from the first year of the Master’s, in addition to the Master 2, which was previously available in TSM’s programme offer. It prepares students to manage societal responsibility issues within various organisations (companies, NGOs, public institutions).
- Master in Human Resource Management (HR) as a Work-Study Programme
Starting the 2025-2026 academic year, both years of the Master in Human Resources Management will be offered entirely as work-study. This programme allows students to train continuously, alternating two-week periods between the company and school. Thanks to a multidisciplinary and cross-functional approach, future graduates will acquire the skills necessary to address the strategic challenges of human resources in an international context.
- Master 2 in International Human Resource Management 100% in English
The Master 2 in International Human Resource Management will be taught entirely in English starting in September 2025. This programme aims to train experts capable of managing human resources challenges in an international and connected environment.
These new Master programmes aim to meet the growing needs of companies for managing social responsibility and human resources, while offering international immersion and a strong practical dimension.
TAGE MAGE and TAGE 2 Tests: A New Step in Admission to TSM
This year, a major change applies to candidates applying for Bachelor 3 and Master 1 at TSM.
The TAGE 2 test will be mandatory for candidates applying for Bachelor 3, and the TAGE MAGE test will be required for those applying for Master 1.
These aptitude tests in management and business aim to assess candidates' skills and select motivated students who are ready to succeed in their studies. Sessions are scheduled on the school campus on 1st March 2025.
