With this brand-new institutional video, TSM proudly reaffirms its identity, values, and commitment to its students.
Designed as an immersive journey into the daily life of Toulouse School of Management, the video highlights the people who make the school what it is : our students.
A video co-created with staff and students
To make sure the video truly reflects the spirit of the school, TSM took a collaborative approach.
A workshop was held with staff to identify the school’s core values. Then, students helped reshape the ideas and messages to better reflect their own experience of TSM.
The result? A video that’s fresh, authentic and full of energy . A real glimpse into the unique atmosphere at TSM!
Léa, a Master 1 student in International Marketing of Innovation, shared her thoughts:
I’m proud to have taken part in this project. The final video really exceeded my expectations! Even my friends and family were impressed!
Elina Verlaguet, a Master 2 student in Sports Management, added:
It was such a great experience! The team was amazing, professional, friendly, and open to ideas. I even got to help with some scene ideas, which made it even more rewarding.
The video highlights the key values that define TSM, through the voices of our students:
- Closeness and care : a strong connection between students, faculty and administrative staff, creating a supportive learning environment.
- Academic excellence : high-quality teaching backed by research and aligned with the needs of the professional world.
- Innovative teaching : a space where creativity and bold thinking are encouraged every day.
An inside look at student life
More than just a traditional institutional video, this production offers a real insight into life at TSM.
It features our five departments, Accounting & Control, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Strategy, and shows how international our school truly is.
Whether through international marketing or sports management, which reflects teamwork and personal growth, TSM offers a wide range of business and management courses.
But what really makes this video special is the energy and commitment of our students.
Even with the occasional rain, they stayed motivated and positive. For many, it was their first time on camera, which can be a bit intimidating, especially when speaking in a language that’s not their mother tongue.
Thanks to support throughout the shoot, everyone gave it their best.
Tushaar, a student in TSM Doctoral Programme, said:
Even though it took time to get the perfect shots in French, the people were very patient with me and really helped me, so that I could deliver my best shot. The process was engaging, and I appreciated the attention to detail.
For some, the experience also helped reignite a forgotten passion. Isabelle, a third-year Management student, shared:
I really wanted to do theatre this year, but my schedule didn’t allow it. This shoot gave me a chance to do something creative again.
This video is the result of all these shared efforts and truly reflects the values of our school.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, especially our students, who were at the heart of it all!
The video is now live on our website and social media! Come and discover what our students have to say!
