Annual meeting organized by TSM and the Ordre des Experts-Comptables, Thursday November 16, 2023

Each year, Toulouse School of Management organizes a special meeting in partnership with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables d'Occitanie. Several speakers meet on the TSM campus to discuss current issues and developments in the accounting, control and auditing sector.

The 29th annual meeting will take place on Thursday November 16, 2023 in the Cujas amphitheatre, directly on the TSM university campus. The theme of the event is: "Sustainability reporting and materiality: what transposition for small companies?" This is a highly topical issue, as sustainability reporting is becoming a priority for corporate management and accounting professionals alike. This event will provide an opportunity to discuss current requirements in terms of reporting on environmental and sustainable issues. A rich and comprehensive program will be on offer, covering legislation and regulations, practical practices and the various prospects for change in the sector's professions. The idea is to understand and respond to the new needs of companies in terms of accounting and CSR expertise.

Several conferences, discussions and round tables will take place on Thursday afternoon, November 16. Researchers, academics and financial professionals will share their views on sustainability reporting and its implications for the transformation of small and medium-sized businesses. The symposium will be introduced by Hervé Penan, Pascal Castanet and Jennifer Boutant Lapeyre, followed by contributions from Elizabeth Albertini, Gills Robert, Eric Gillis, Richard Tournebize and Laure Mulin.
