TSM Alumni announces a new president and executive board

In May 2026, members of TSM Alumni, the alumni association of TSM – Toulouse School of Management, elected a new Executive Board and a new President for a two-year term.

Elected President, Romain Grotto aims to continue developing the network, strengthen connections between graduates, and create new opportunities for the alumni community.

TSM Alumni: a network of 25,000 graduates active for more than 20 years

For more than twenty years, TSM Alumni has brought together TSM graduates within a supportive community of professionals and experts. With more than 25,000 alumni based in France and around the world, the network has become a powerful platform for fostering connections between students, recent graduates and experienced professionals.

For TSM, maintaining strong relationships with its graduates is a key priority. The alumni network supports members throughout their careers, facilitates professional exchanges, and encourages the sharing of knowledge, expertise and experiences across generations of graduates.

A new executive board for TSM Alumni

Following elections held at the end of May 2026, Romain Grotto, Chartered Accountant at Naka Conseil, was elected President of TSM Alumni for a two-year term.

Already actively involved in the association as former Treasurer, he now continues his commitment within the new Executive Board, with the ambition of further strengthening the network and expanding the opportunities available to graduates.

My ambition is simple: to make TSM Alumni a network that everyone instinctively turns to. A network that creates meaningful connections, tangible opportunities and valuable encounters.

Together with the members of the Executive Board, we want to bring fresh momentum to the community. Through engaging events, innovative and high-quality networking formats, open discussions about career journeys, and practical initiatives designed to help alumni and recent graduates accelerate their careers.

Our goal is also to strengthen the reach and impact of the TSM network, both in France and internationally.”

He will be joined by an equally committed team, all of whom are graduates of TSM:

  • Aurélie Henrich, Vice-President, Founder, ASSELYA
  • Safia Bounoua, Treasurer, Financial Auditor, Deloitte
  • Lucas Gonzalez, Secretary General, Co-Founder, Vizion, a B2B marketing consultancy
  • Quentin Richard, Board Member, Entrepreneurship Programme Manager, La French Tech Toulouse
  • Rémi Bonaldo, Board Member, Key Account Manager, Thales / Sopra Steria
  • Kevin Lecerf, Board Member, Co-Founder, Klaak
  • Jean-Sébastien Maury, Board Member, Chief Executive Officer, Groupe Cap Valeur

A shared ambition for TSM’s alumni community

For Romain Grotto, taking on this new role is a natural continuation of his journey with TSM. As a graduate himself, he highlights the importance of his experience at the School, both in terms of academic excellence and the relationships and opportunities made possible through the alumni network.

TSM has played a significant role in my professional journey, both through the quality of its education and through the connections, experiences and opportunities created by the network. I wanted to become involved in order to help this community thrive and strengthen the bonds between alumni.

This candidacy is above all driven by a collective ambition: to build a dynamic, accessible and valuable network that creates genuine professional opportunities while reinforcing the sense of belonging to TSM.”

Over the next two years, the new Executive Board will continue the initiatives already developed for alumni while introducing new activities designed to encourage networking, knowledge-sharing and professional support across the community, both in France and internationally.
