Our partner universities offer summer school programmes to our students!

What’s a Summer School?

  • Summer Schools are short programmes organized in June, July or August at a partner university.
  • They are open for students from the 1st year of Bachelor to the 2nd year of Master.
  • Teaching language is mostly English.

 

Why participate in a Summer School?

  • To discover or further your knowledge in a theme of interest to you.
  • To have an international experience.
  • To enjoy social and cultural activities in a new country.
  • To benefit from specialist teaching from internationally renowned professors and to be part of a mixed, dynamic and international group of students.

 

How to take part in a Summer School ? 

  • Fill in the MoveOn application form (link available soon)
  • Send your application directly to the Summer School of your choice (check with each Summer School the required documents and the deadlines)

 

Scholarships available for TSM Bachelor's students

Conditions to apply to the scholarship:

  • be registered at the time of submission of the summer school application in a bachelor-level course at TSM;
  • never have done an academic mobility before;
  • hold a minimum level B1 language test, free ELAO test accepted, unless the requirements of the "summer school" are different
  • have a professional or academic project relevant with the summer school

Each candidate will have to:

  • choose the option "Apply to the scholarship" on the Moveon application form (link available soon) and submit a letter of motivation in English along with a description of the chosen courses;
  • take a short video interview via the Easyrecrue tool. This interview will be used to assess the candidate's level of English and motivation.

University of Antwerp: Experience entrepreneurship. An intensive introduction

Katholische Universitat Eichstatt- Ingolstadt : Firms in Society

Course dates: July 29th - August 9th

Level of studies: Master’s students or advanced Bachelors

Prerequisite: Participation requires a (nearly) successfully completed Bachelor’s degree with very good grades and a clear focus on business administration and economics.

All of the Summer School courses are offered in English, so very good English skills are considered essential and do not need to be documented separately.

Fees: €205 (early bird), €275 (regular) + €150 social fee

Course fee includes: course participation, all course materials and other documents, excursions and presentations, a certificate.

Prerequisite: Anyone who wants to learn the German language and culture. We offer courses for absolute beginners and other courses for participants with good to advanced knowledge of German.

Meiji University: Cool Japan Summer Program

Course dates: July 19th - July 30th

Level of studies: Undergraduate or graduate-level university students who are over 18+ years old.

Application deadline: February 28th

Language requirements: English. No Japanese language profiency.

Fees: 150,000 JPY (approximately €1,200) Costs covered by the Program Fee Tuition fee, transportation and fees for field trips/activities in the program, transportation and accommodation (one night) for Traditional Japan field trip in Nikko, and welcome/farewell parties.

Meiji University : Japanese Language Program

Extra Information: Japanese Language Program is applying for Student Exchange Support Programs (Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan) sponsored by JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization).

If the program is adopted, Meiji University will offer a scholarship (JPY 80,000) on the last day of the program, to participants who are either undergraduate or graduate students of Meiji University’s partner institution and meet requirements set by JASSO, within available number.

VISA REQUIREMENTS Students are advised to check with the Mexican consulate in their home country regarding visa requirements before departing to Mexico.

At the time of this writing, it is possible for US, Canadian and citizens of the European Union countries to enter Mexico on a tourist visa, as long as their stay totals less than 180 days.

MEDICAL INSURANCE All participants must have proof of medical insurance coverage valid in Mexico.

Proof of coverage must be submitted before the first day of classes otherwise the students will not be allowed on campus.
