On June 15th, TSM will be hosting the 7th edition of the "Grand Procès de la RSE"!
Since 2015, this event has been a not-to-be-missed one in Toulouse's CSR world, both for its originality and its educational virtues. The aim? To take a CSR issue that raises questions and turn it into a Grand Trial.
"Responsible governance", the new corporate challenge?
This year, the notion of "responsible governance" of companies will be examined. The "Tribunal" has been invited to take up the subject, and to measure the stakes of a form of governance that fails to live up to the demanding principles of corporate social responsibility, particularly with regard to sensitive stakeholders - the company's employees.

The 2023 programme
2.30 pm to 5.30 pm: 1st "Instruction" sequence
The instruction phase will take place in the afternoon, with a forum of depositions and two information and decoding workshops on the - often misunderstood - concept of "governance". What are we really talking about?
Admission to the forum is free all afternoon.
6-8.30pm: 2nd "Trial" sequence
During the trial, which will open at 6.00 pm, the public, as jurors for the evening - whether or not they took part in the investigation phase - will be given a mission: after a short re-enactment scene, in front of the testimonies given at the bar of the "Tribunal", listening to the pleadings of the prosecution and then the defence, everyone will have to judge the limits and perspectives of the notion of "responsible governance" (so as to act accordingly!).
Access to the trial will be possible until 7pm, before the public / jury are sworn in.
From 8.30pm: Post-trial cocktail reception
