TSM Participates in the 2024 European Sustainable Development Week: Raising Awareness and Student Engagement

To mark the 2024 European Sustainable Development Week, from 18th September to 8th October, Toulouse School of Management (TSM) is offering a range of activities to raise awareness and engage its students in sustainable and responsible practices.

What is European Sustainable Development Week?

European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW) takes place from 18th September to 8th October 2024. This annual national event aims to promote the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), addressing key issues such as combating climate change, managing natural resources, and reducing social inequalities. The ESDW encourages local actions to raise public awareness and promote more sustainable practices through a variety of events and initiatives.

TSM’s Participation in European Sustainable Development Week 2024

Once again this year, Toulouse School of Management (TSM) is actively participating in European Sustainable Development Week with a diverse programme of activities to involve and inform its students.

Conferences and workshops will be held, led by partners such as Hall of Change, the start-up Bobby, and the organisation “en Boîte Le Plat,” all of whom are committed to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR). These sessions will give students the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to reduce the environmental impact of economic activities and deepen their understanding of current issues.

In addition, TSM will be organising a clothing drive from 2nd to 4th October to support local charities. This initiative aims to encourage resource reuse and assist those in need.

Other interactive activities will also be offered to provide students with practical opportunities to get involved in sustainable development projects and discover ways to integrate these principles into their daily lives and future careers.
