Krisna BONILLA

Krisna Bonilla is a fourth-year PhD candidate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Toulouse School of Management. She began her studies at TSM as a Master’s student in International Management, where she met TSM faculty who encouraged her to apply to the doctoral program. Under the supervision of Prof. Caroline Manville, her research examines the trickle-down effects of felt trust among middle managers in high-risk work environments. Originally from the Philippines, she spent nine years as an HR practitioner in multinational companies before pursuing doctoral studies in France, and she is now based in a town outside Toulouse.
