Mathieu Petit will defend his PhD thesis on the topic “Effects of Engagement Leadership & Financial Recognition on Workplace Behaviours: Motivation, Engagement, Performance and Well-being, from the Perspective of Self-Determination Theory”, on 29 September at 1.15 pm, in the PhD Defence Room at Toulouse Capitole University.
The thesis defence will be conducted in French.
