Biography

Marion Fortin is a Full Professor of Organizational Behavior at (TSM). Marion is the Director of the TSM Doctoral Programme, as well as the Track Coordinator for the Human Resources and Organizational Behavior track of the Doctoral Programme. In addition, she is the Vice President of International and European Relations at Toulouse Capitole University.

Her core research interest relates to fairness dynamics at work, for example in the context of women’s careers, and in relation to morality and ethics. Marion’s work has been published in international journals including Human Relations, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She is also the scientific director of OpenDecide, a Toulouse based teamwork management software company.

She obtained her PhD from Trinity College Dublin in 2006. Prior to joining TSM, Marion was a Visiting Scholar at the Stern School of Business at NYU and an Assistant Professor at the University of Durham, UK.
