Pedro GONZALO

Pedro is a Professor at TSM, specialising in Human Resource Management and a member of TSM Research. He is also Head of the programme Master in Human Resource Management track International Human Resource Management (IHRM) 2nd year.
His research focuses on innovative talent management practices, the definition and management of experts in organisations, and HRM-as-practice, i.e. the approaches and tactics of HR practitioners that shape their day-to-day work. Pedro is also interested in leadership, coaching and co-development in organisations.
Prior to joining TSM, Pedro worked for 20 years as an HR professional in various fields such as talent management, recruitment, training, coaching and skills and leadership development. In parallel, he also held the position of part-time associate lecturer at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
He obtained his doctorate from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
