Biography
Véronique is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and a member of TSM Research. Véronique has also been awarded a Junior Professor Research Chair.
Her research aims to identify the factors that explain workers’ attitudes and behaviors in the workplace, focusing especially on leadership practices, on relationships between employees and supervisors, and on studying the effects of the new ways of working on employee health and managerial practices.
Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Business and Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and Frontiers in Psychology.
Véronique obtained her doctorate from HEC Montréal in 2021.
