Biography
Patrice Roussel is Full Professor of Human Resource Management, former Director of TSM Research (UMR CNRS 5303) at Toulouse School of Management. Patrice serves as Vice-President, Research, of Toulouse Capitole University.
His research interests include organisational behavior, research methods, policy and human resources management, compensation policy and management.
