The IA PRIMO registration procedure (start of the 2025 academic year)
The IAPRIMO procedure applies to all admitted students registering for the first time at Toulouse School of Management or UT Capitole. The registration process varies according to the student's situation and pace of study. Please refer to the information relating to your profile!
For in-person enrolment, students concerned will be contacted by an administrator and an appointment will be scheduled for them (this particularly applies to enrolments in the DSCG and international dual degree programmes).
The different steps according to profile
■ Prior step: paying the CVEC
Payment of the CVEC must be made through the CROUS of Toulouse.
Your CVEC certificate number must start with TOU5.
This is mandatory.
- Full-time programme:
Before registering, every student must pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC).
- Work-study (apprenticeship contract):
For students under an apprenticeship contract only : You need to collect the certificate of payment of the Student and Campus Life Contribution.

■ Step 1: connect to IA PRIMO WEB
Before accessing the application, make sure you have your ID's :
- Parcoursup ID : 7-digit number preceded by P25, e.g. P25XXXXXXX.
If your Parcoursup number only has 4, 5 or 6 digits, you must add as many 0s as necessary to obtain P25 followed by 7 digits (example: P250012345 if the number is 12345) - Mon Master ID: applicant number preceded by M5, e.g, M5XXXXXXX.
- or eCandidatures : 8-digit applicant number. (This number begins with IA). Example: IAXXXXXX
Within the application, you will complete the data required for your university registration online. These declarations will be checked. You will need to provide supporting documents for the data declared in IA PRIMO WEB as indicated in steps 2 and 3.
Payment: you pay for your registration online using your bank card (secure payment). You can pay in 3 instalments subject to the general conditions laid down (see registration fees opposite). Students following a work-study programme are not concerned by registration fees.
The application is available from 3 July to 17 July and from 23 August to 31 August.
Students enrolling in a Licence or Bachelor’s programme (full-time programme) are required to register during the first registration period, on the date specified in the email sent by their administrative officer.
Students admitted via PARCOURSUP will not be able to register until after the baccalauréat results, from 4 July 2025.
Please check and correct the information entered during your registration.
■ Step 2: connect to IA DOSSIER WEB
If you have pre-registered online, you can now access the PJ WEB application to submit your supporting documents online.
■ Step 3: submit supporting documents on the platform
You must submit the supporting documents requested as part of your administrative registration within 72 hours of your online pre-registration. The deadline for submitting documents is 4:30 p.m. on 12 September 2025.

■ Step 4: finalise web registration
You need to log in to MON DOSSIER WEB to download your receipt and school certificate.
You will be able to pick up your multiservice student card (MUT) or label with the new academic year from August 27, 2025 at TSM reception on presentation of your school certificate.
In the event of a problem, you will be contacted by e-mail only at your e-mail address firstname.surname@ut-capitole.fr.
- Continuing Education Students: You are not required to pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC). However, you will still need to pay the tuition fees.
- Work-Study Students (Professionalisation): (for students under a professionalisation contract only) You are exempt from both the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) and the tuition fees.
■ Step 1: connect to IA PRIMO WEB
Before accessing the application, make sure you have your ID's :
- Mon Master ID: applicant number preceded by M5, e.g, M5XXXXXXX.
- or eCandidatures : 8-digit applicant number. (This number begins with IA). Example: IAXXXXXX

■ Step 1: request a registration form
As part of the "All In-Person" procedure, students wishing to register for the DSCG will receive an enrolment pack along with an appointment from their academic administrator. Appointments are allocated automatically. It is not possible to change it. However, you can be represented if you are unable to attend.
The dates of the face-to-face appointments will be between July 8 and July 16 for the first period, and between August 27 and September 10 2025, for the second period.
■ Step 2: preparing the registration form
Payment of the CVEC must be made through the CROUS of Toulouse.
Your CVEC certificate number must start with TOU5.
This is mandatory.
- Full-time programme students :
You will need to pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)
- For students on an apprenticeship contract only:
You will need to collect the certificate of payment of the Student and Campus Life Contribution.

As indicated on the notice you have been given, you must complete the administrative registration form in block capitals using blue ink.

■ Step 3: finalise your registration
Please note that the face-to-face enrolment appointment is allocated automatically and cannot be changed. If you are unable to attend in person, you may be represented. It is not possible to register by post, and no application form can be sent or submitted.
