Why Did You Choose TSM?

I chose TSM because I’ve always known I wanted to manage teams in the future. I discovered TSM during open door days and the Infosup student fair.

TSM stands out as not just a public school but one that is internationally recognized. It has carved out a reputation as a public institution that rivals business schools, thanks to the quality of its teaching, internationally accredited certifications, and global focus (81 partner universities, specialized international management master’s programs, and a yearly intake of foreign students). It also offers professional opportunities through apprenticeships and internships integrated into the curriculum.

What Are Your Plans After TSM?

After completing my specialized master’s in international HR management, I plan to pursue a V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) for at least one year in an English-speaking country.

Professionally, this experience will allow me to operate in a professional, multicultural environment abroad. Personally, it will enable me to travel, discover new cultures and practices, and apply the tools and knowledge I’ve gained during this final year of my master’s program.

What Would You Recommend to a Student Who Doesn’t Know TSM?

First, I’d recommend learning more about our excellent school, which has so much to offer both socially (student associations, daily events, unforgettable connections) and professionally (apprenticeships, internships, job search support, professional guest speakers, real-world simulations).

Then, I’d say they should not hesitate to apply and join this school, which delivers the same value as a business school. TSM offers a wide variety of programs and career opportunities (20 degrees and an 84% employment rate post-graduation), ensuring everyone finds their fit.

Finally, TSM actively prepares students for the professional world by blending theory and practice seamlessly (e.g., Business Games, real-life case studies during tutorials, apprenticeships/internships fairs).

Three Words to Describe TSM:

 Qualitative, Multicultural, Professionalizing
