Biography
Ayesha has a bicultural background spanning Mauritius and France. Her research focuses on supervisor neglect, its antecedents and impact on employee well-being across diverse social and organisational contexts. Her broader research interests also include leadership, organisational justice, and inclusion.
She has a teaching experience in public-speaking since 2023 at Université Jean Jaurès, Toulouse. She is also President of a public association in Toulouse called "L'art de dire".
