Biography
Elizabeth Ramberg is a doctoral student at Toulouse School of Management, supervised by Kevin Carillo and Secil Bayraktar at TBS Research Center. Her research focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in human resource management. She is especially interested in the use of AI in the early prediction and intervention of burnout. Previously she defended a masters thesis on remote organizational socialization (onboarding) and another on overwork among tech workers.
Prior to her graduate studies, Elizabeth worked 8+ years in Silicon Valley and San Francisco (USA) in the technology sector in both business and technical roles. This experience, along with her personal interests, led her to her interdisciplinary research topic.
She previously obtained a MPhil in Management & MSc in Human Resources Management from TSM, and a MSc in International Business. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara (USA).
