Biography
Mathieu Petit comes from an engineering background, he practiced as consultant and HR for 10 years at Sopra Steria Next. Since September 2019, he specializes in compensation management and organizational behaviors doing his PhD at Toulouse School of Management / Human Resources Management Department.
