Assâad EL AKREMI

Assâad El Akremi is a Full Professor specialising in Human Resource Management. He serves as the Programme Head for the Bachelor in Management, track Quality, Security and Environment (third year) and the Master in Quality, Security and Environment. Additionally, he is the Deputy Director of TSM-R.

Assâad’s research focuses on organizational behaviour, corporate social responsibility and quantitative research methods. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Public Management Review, International Small Business Journal, Public Administration Review, Revue Française de Gestion, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Managerial and Decision Economics, and Strategic Management Journal. Assâad also serves as a Section Editor for Journal of Business Ethics.

Assâad obtained his PhD from Toulouse Capitole University in 2000. He has completed visting stays at Bayes Business School (2018) and multiple stays at Louvain School of Management where he is also an Associate Professor.
