The QWL programme offers staff the opportunity to improve their skills in the field of occupational risk prevention and quality of life at work.
In particular, it prepares to define, promote and implement actions aimed at improving the quality of life at work, in terms of occupational risk prevention, safety, ergonomics and the improvement of working conditions, including environmental aspects in the sector.
The pedagogical team is composed of academics and professionals. Courses are given in French.
Duration: 133 hours (theoretical and practical courses)
Training pace: 3 days per month (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), from September to June.
The programme includes 6 teaching units:
UE 01 - Health policies and regulatory framework on occupational risks
UE 02 - Identification of occupational health risks
UE 03 - Socio-occupational risks and quality of life at work
UE 04 - Project and coordination approach
UE 05 - Sharing of experience in the form of a feedback workshop
UE 06 - Professional mission
The programme is available as a work-study programme (professionalisation contract) and an executive education programme.
Prerequisites: a three-year degree or an equivalent (180 ECTS) or VPE professional experience requirements and at least five years of professional experience.

Thanks to this programme, professionals in health and medico-social establishments will understand the different regulatory, normative and organisational dimensions of the implementation of a risk prevention and quality of life at work approach within their structure.
