Non-French-speaking candidates who wish to access a programme entirely or partially in French must provide proof of their proficiency in French according to the CEFR [Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or through certifications such as DELF, DALF, or TCF.
For certain programmes, an English language certification is required. Please refer to the list below:

For state diplomas, registration fees are set each year at the beginning of July by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and published in the "Bulletin Officiel".

As long as an applicant for apprenticeship from outside the EU has a valid residence permit in France, they are entitled to obtain a work permit for an apprenticeship contract (or a professionalisation contract).
This authorisation must be requested from the Foreign Labor Department (Service de main d'œuvre étrangère) of the Direccte (Regional Directorate for Enterprises, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labor, and Employment) office responsible for the apprenticeship contract (or professionalisation contract).
Plesae note : students of Algerian nationality must be in possession of an Algerian student resident certificate and apply for an APT for work-study and professionalisation contracts.

From the 2025-2026 academic year onwards, external students residing in France who wish to apply for a Bachelor 3 or Master 1 at TSM must take the TAGE 2 test (for Bachelor 3) or the TAGE MAGE test (for Master 1). Obtaining this test is MANDATORY to apply for a programme at TSM.
Test sessions will be organised at TSM, and the dates of the various sessions will be communicated on our website.

The request for a gap year is made during the application campaign.
The gap year project is presented in the motivation letter, which is part of the application file for the desired programme.

To apply, in addition to the TSM procedure, candidates dependent on Campus France must follow the "Études en France" procedure.

Please note that "Études en France" has become the reference procedure for non-EU countries. Students living in one of these 68 countries must use the "Études en France" platform to apply to a higher education institution.
It is a single online service for all procedures: from registering with a higher education institution to applying for a visa. All you need to do is create a personal electronic file and follow the instructions.

IA PRIMO :
To access IA PRIMO WEB, you must have gone through Parcoursup (with a "Definitive YES" validated choice for UT Capitole) or eCandidatures (with a "Favorable" result and confirmation completed). Precede your Parcoursup number with P24, as in the example P24XXXXXXX if the number is XXXXXXX. If your Parcoursup number consists of only 4, 5, or 6 digits, add a sufficient number of zeros before it to make it a 7-digit number, for example: P240012345 if the number is 12345.
IA REINS :
For accessing IA REINS, you need to use your student number (last 8 digits of the number) found on your MUT card and also on your school certificates from the previous year.

The registration hotline is open from July 3rd to July 17th and from August 26th to September 13th from 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m and from 01:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m.
The registration fees are to be paid online by credit card. Please make sure you have the necessary conditions for this payment from your bank.
Payment in three installments is available for amounts starting from 180 euros and is only possible once per year.

Continuing education programmes and work-study programmes for students on a professionalisation contract are not subject to online procedures. Please refer to the registration pages relevant to your situation.
In the absence of the necessary documents, your situation will be reviewed. If you declare yourself as a scholarship recipient but do not have the official notification of the scholarship issued by the CROUS, you will have to pay the full amount of the registration fees. You must provide all the required documents.

The Études en France procedure is an additional application procedure requested by Campus France. This platform enables you to manage all the steps involved in registering with a higher education institution, right up to the visa application. You can submit your enrolment applications, communicate with the Campus France office in your country and contact the institutions in which you wish to enrol. You will be asked to pay a fee for this support service.

If you have missed the deadline on Études en France / Campus France, you can still apply to TSM. Once you have your TSM acceptance letter (issued in June), you will need to contact the French embassy in your country to obtain the visa that will allow you to study in France.
