Léandro DE SA

Léandro De Sa has 30 years of senior management experience with large corporations, mostly in Aerospace & Defence. He has executed novel strategies in Lean Procurement and Customer Services, Program Management, Corporate Architecture and Business Development. As a Chairman of GrowthPhases, LLC, he has executed developments in the US, Europe, China, and India.

Léandro is an Associate or Visiting professor in various Masters and MBAs, including Toulouse School of Management, where he runs the Masters in Business Development, Toulouse Business School, Skolkovo School of Management in Moscow, HEC Montreal, Japan Universities in Osaka and Wakayama and at the University of Maryland. He is the President of the European American Chamber of Commerce in SW France, whose objective is to promote and develop transatlantic business and trade. Léandro has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with honors, and a PhD in Physics Summa Cum Laude.
