Biography
Cylien Gibert is Associate Professor in Strategy at Toulouse School of Management. He obtained his PhD at ESCP Europe in 2017. Following a visiting at Copenhagen Business School and a post-doc at HEC Paris, he joined TSM Research.
His work focuses on the legitimation processes of innovation activities, more specifically onthe strategic, organizational, and human issues involved. Cylien Gibert mainly uses longitudinal qualitative methods, based upon in situ observation of the empirical settings he studies (with a focus on innovation centers).
