Karim MIGNONAC

Karim Mignonac is a Full Professor specialising in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Toulouse School of Management, University of Toulouse Capitole. He served as the Director of the doctoral programm and the research lab. (TSM-Research, CNRS).

His research interests revolve around employee well-being and organizational behavior. His work has been published in a variety of journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Human Relations. Karim also serves as a member of the scientific committee of Pole Emploi (the French governmental agency for job seekers).
