- Evaluate and critique the choice of qualitative or experimental research methods for a given research question
- Being aware of the strength and limitations of specific experimental and qualitative design choices in OB and HR research
- Explain and apply different criteria of research rigor that can be employed in qualitative versus experimental designs
- Evaluate the promises and difficulties of combining different designs
- Develop appropriate qualitative and experimental research designs in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management
- Gain experience in putting such designs into practice.
- Estimate and explain the potential use of these methods for your PhD
