TSM Summer University course offer

The short programme "Innovating in Aviation and Aerospace" is a two-week summer university offered by TSM on the UT Capitole campus.

Its goal is to introduce students to management in the fields of aviation, aerospace, and cutting-edge technologies. Participants in this short programme will explore the foundations of creativity and innovation, develop business models, and learn how to deliver convincing presentations.

The programme combines both practical and theoretical approaches through company visits and interactive workshops.  

Courses are taught entirely in English.

What is a typical day like at TSM Summer University?

Every morning, students will attend lectures with TSM faculty and professional speakers from the aviation, aerospace, and innovation sectors.
The afternoons will be dedicated to company visits in the industry, as well as cultural excursions in Toulouse and its surrounding areas.

When does this Summer University take place?

This year, TSM is organising its summer university for two weeks :

  • From June 9 to June 20 2025

Application Prerequisites

Access to the short programme "Innovating in Aviation and Aerospace" is open, based on selection according to the available capacity, to undergraduate and graduate students who have basic knowledge of business management and strategy. 

  • Application deadline : you have until April 30th 2025 to apply for a Summer University at TSM

Final evaluation

The subjects of the short programme are assessed through a single final evaluation in the form of a group oral presentation to a jury composed of professionals in the fields of aviation and aerospace innovation.

The jury is composed of faculty members or professionals who contributed to the programme's teaching or were chosen based on their expertise. The jury is chaired by the director of the short programme.

Students must attend all classes and participate in the final evaluation to obtain the "Innovating in Aviation and Aerospace" certificate. must achieve a minimum score of 10/20.

Successful completion of the programme will result in the award of 3 ECTS credits.
Attendance will be considered in the determination of the final grade.

Programme fees

The short programme fee is €1500 per participant.

The cost of accommodation, transportation (excepting those for the scheduled visits) and meals are not included in the price of the programme for students. A student can cancel at any time but cannot be reimbursed, unless it is due to force majeure. Students participating in this programme are required to carry health and liability insurance.
