Biography

Maysam is a Human Resources/Organizational Behavior PhD candidate at Toulouse School of Management (TSM). Her research is focused on the emotion of workplace gratitude and its effect on employee (un)ethical behavior. Her PhD follows the 3-paper format and the designs she incorporates include experiments and diary studies.

Maysam was a research assistant at Toulouse Business School's Social and Innovative Marketing Lab, where she reviewed literature, collected and analyzed data, and compiled articles and documents. She also participated in research sessions and welcomed visiting researchers.

In addition to her scientific work, Maysam co-founded and served as project manager for New Vision, a humanitarian organization that aids underprivileged communities. For eight years, she oversaw programs that promoted gender equality, child protection, food safety, and emergency relief.
