Biography
Dang-Huy Cao is an Assistant Professor and Head of the second year of the Bachelor in Global Management at Toulouse School of Management, Université Toulouse Capitole. His research focuses on strategy implementation, and the role of human factors in mergers and acquisitions (M&As). More specifically, he examines how first-line managers make sense of the strategy, regulate their emotions, and translate strategic decisions into everyday managerial practices.
Before joining academia, he worked in marketing and brand management at Shinhan Bank Vietnam from 2017 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Université Toulouse Capitole and Vietnam National University, a Master's degree in International Business from IAE Nice, Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, and a PhD in Strategy from Université Toulouse Capitole.
