Biography
Christelle Théron is an Associate Professor in Strategy. She is also the Head of the Bachelor in Global Management (third year) and Associate Dean of Educational Innovation at TSM. As part of the drive towards pedagogical innovation, Christelle obtained EOCCS certification for her Strategic Diagnosis course.
Her research focuses on managers’ strategising, attentional processes and observation methods. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, M@n@gement, Management International, and la Revue Française de Gestion. Christelle also does peer-review work for journals such as Organization Studies and M@n@gement, and for international conferences such as AIMS, EGOS, AoM, EURAM.
Christelle obtained her PhD in Management Sciences from ESCP Europe & Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (France) in 2015. In 2016, she was awarded best management thesis of the year. Christelle has previously held roles as a Research & Teaching Assistant at ESCP Europe and Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. She has also completed Visiting Researcher stays at HEC Montréal (Canada), Cass Business School (UK), and the University of Skövde (Sweden).
