 ASFO Grand Sud

The Health Management programme is aimed at helping executives working in public and private hospital further develop their management skills.

 

The programme focuses on team management skills, operations management, and an overall analysis of the current developments in the public health sector and the issues that face health professionals. 

The DU Digital Health Management is offered in partnership with the ASFO Grand Sud group. The training is given in the premises of ASFO Grand Sud and/or through distance learning.

 

The teaching team is composed of teachers, researchers and professionals. The courses are all taught in french.

 

Programme Length: 160 hours 
Schedule: 2 or 3 days every second week at the university, from October to July.

UE 01 – Health Executives and their Environments
UE 02 - Strategic, Decision-Making, and Performance-Measuring Tools 
UE 03 - Team Management
UE 04 - Accounting
UE 05 - Operations Management 
UE 06 - Professional Thesis 

 

The programme is available as a work-study programme (professional training contracts) and an executive education programme.

 

Prerequisites:

  • three-year degree of higher education or an equivalent (180 ECTS)
  • or VPE professional experience requirements and at least three years of professional experience.
