- Présentation et objectifs pédagogiques
Doing a six-month internship with an international dimension or going abroad for an academic exchange gives Bachelor students the opportunity to acquire a significant international experience. With such an experience, students put into practice the knowledge and know-how acquired during Bachelor courses and also experience the international dimension they were prepared for.
Students have to write a report during their internship or academic exchange. Such a report helps students developing a reflexive thinking regarding :
- this professional experience, organizations and their functioning in general and related intercultural stakes (for the internship);
- this academic experience, cultural differences and possible related difficulties (for the academic exchange).
Students are enticed to use the knowledge and know-how acquired during Bachelor courses to analyze their experience abroad, the intercultural stakes, and to share their endeavors to adapt to a new cultural environment.
Both the internship and the academic exchange give students the opportunity to discover (or know better) a country where they can possibly work in the future.
