Le Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Global Management est un programme de trois ans à plein temps dispensé en présentiel, pour un total de 180 ECTS, enseigné entièrement en anglais, avec une admission chaque année en automne. 

Ce programme généraliste de premier cycle en management global combine des bases académiques rigoureuses dans tous les domaines de la gestion avec des aperçus pratiques du monde professionnel. Après le BSc, les étudiants peuvent continuer en Master à TSM ou ailleurs dans le monde.

Le BSc vise à :

  • fournir de solides bases théoriques, analytiques et techniques en management afin d’apporter des solutions à des problèmes mondiaux,
  • encourager les étudiants à apprendre aussi bien à l'intérieur qu’à l'extérieur de la salle de classe,
  • faire travailler ensemble une communauté internationale dynamique et collaborative, d’enseignants, d’étudiants, d’anciens élèves, d’entreprises partenaires et de partenaires internationaux,
  • avoir des diplômés dotés de fortes aptitudes personnelles, interpersonnelles et multiculturelles,
  • développer rigueur scientifique, esprit d'analyse et conscience éthique chez les étudiants

La philosophie éducative du programme est en trois phases : Éveiller (1ère année), Développer (2ème année), Accélérer (3ème année).

Au cours de la première année, les étudiants suivent des cours sur : les principes fondamentaux des sciences de la gestion ; les institutions internationales ; les systèmes politiques comparés. D’autres cours fondamentaux complètent ces cours introductifs tels que la comptabilité, la finance, le marketing et l’économie d'entreprise.

En deuxième année, l'accent est mis sur les perspectives alternatives et les contextes spécifiques de l'innovation, de la gestion de projet, de la géopolitique, de la gouvernance et de l'environnement juridique. Cela permet aux étudiants d'acquérir une compréhension de l'entrepreneuriat et du développement durable.

En troisième année, les étudiants approfondissent les modèles théoriques et les compétences analytiques pour leur permettre d'affiner leur esprit critique.

Au cours des trois années du programme BSc, les étudiants doivent passer un semestre ou une année à l'étranger dans l'une des universités partenaires de TSM.

Marketing and customer relationship management

  • Objectifs pédagogiques

    After the course, students should be able to :

    • define conceptual foundations of (e)-customer relationship management
    • identify the key elements of a customer-driven marketing strategy
    • recognize (digital) influences of customer value building on firm’s outputs
    • formulate loyalty marketing and CRM strategies for creating value to customers
    • appraise drivers of (e)-customer relationship management effectiveness
    • define metrics indicators of customer relationship performance
    • use marketing databases in order to compute individual metrics of customer relationship performance define customer retention strategies
    • integrate digital technologies as well as Web 2.0 tools to establish an (e-) CRM approach with closer and more personalized relationships with their customers.
  • Prérequis

    The (e-)Customer Relationship Management (CRM) course needs basic knowledge in Marketing Management. An at least introductive course in Marketing Management should have been attended during the former education of the students.

    The purpose of this course is to provide the student with the necessary preliminary information and skills to display a professional ethical attitude. In order to provide a useful treatment of these topics, students will attend several workshops.

    • Get familiar with key notions within the field of artificial intelligence, their historical development and the existing problems in providing a precise definition.
    • Identify the main ethical debates (and stances within them) on the development of artificial intelligence technologies.
    • Identify, analyse and evaluate arguments in written and oral speech about the ethical and political aspects of artificial intelligence.
  • Prérequis

    No special technical background is needed, although some basic mathematical maturity can help to get a better grasp on examples and case studies, as well as to go further on the contents introduced during the course.

     

    Standard reading and writing skills of a second-year BSc student are the only basic requirements.

Introduction to data science

  • • Obtention de 60 ECTS
    • • Le BSc étant entièrement enseigné en anglais, les candidats doivent attester d'un niveau d'anglais CECRL (Cadre Européen Commun de Référence pour les Langues) au moyen d'une certification. Attention : un niveau B2 est requis pour intégrer le bachelor.
