Taiwo ADEROGBA

Taiwo Aderogba is currently a doctoral student in strategy and international management at the Toulouse School of Management (Université Toulouse Capitole). He holds a master’s degrees in Strategy and International Management (TSM, France), in Strategic Corporate Finance (Higher School of Economics, Moscow) and a bachelor’s in Economics (Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria). His research interests focus on value in mergers and acquisition. He is particularly interested in how value is conceptualized, assessed, and negotiated in mergers and acquisitions to ultimately provide an understanding of value not just in financial terms, but as a multi-dimensional construct shaped by the interactions, interests, and interpretations of various actors within the M&A ecosystem. Taiwo is also a member of the European M&A Institute (eM&Ai). He has presented his work in different international conferences.
