Eleanor DAVEY-ROGERSON

Eleanor DAVEY-ROGERSON is a third year doctoral student at TSM University. Originally from the United Kingdom, she graduated from Maastricht University in 2016, after being selected to join the Maastricht Research-Based Learning (MaRBLe) University excellence programme, with a Bachelors in Cultuurwetenschappen (Cultural Sciences). She then returned to the UK and worked for five years as a Transformation Manager, overseeing the cultural strategic roadmap for over 700 employees as part of Vodafone UK's Networks Executive Leadership Team. In 2021, Eleanor moved to Toulouse to undertake a M1 in International Management at TSM University, followed by an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, and was awarded major de promotion for both years. She subsequently began her doctoral journey in 2023, exploring the concept of 'authentic leadership' in practice.
