Sandra Laporte nominated at the IUF

Sandra Laporte, Professor of Marketing at TSM, has just been appointed as a junior member of the Institut Universitaire de France, starting in October 2022, for a period of 5 years.

What is the role of a teacher-researcher at the IUF?

Research professors appointed to the Institut Universitaire de France are placed in a delegation position.

They continue to work in their home institution and are relieved of two thirds of their teaching duties. This year, 82 junior chairs and 82 senior chairs were awarded to researchers in the humanities and social sciences, as well as in the natural and medical sciences. The mission of the IUF is to promote the development of high-level research in universities.
