Why join the DU QWL?

In a rapidly changing context, it is necessary to adopt a new position in occupational risk prevention by proposing new references in occupational risk prevention and quality of life at work.

The Quality of Life at Work is a key element in the attractiveness of professions and jobs. It allows :

  • to introduce measures specifically aimed at raising awareness of the challenges of health and quality of life at work (QWL) for the satisfaction of professionals and the performance of the company,
  • to implement a policy to promote health at work, to develop organisational practices that promote quality of life at work,
  • to rethink well-being at work in a context of constant change and lengthening careers.

It is important to understand and identify avenues of reflection and action for a more harmonious and fulfilling professional life.

Thanks to the DU QLW, TSM trains professionals from various sectors. This, in order to help them understand the different regulatory, normative and organisational dimensions of a risk prevention and quality of life at work approach within their structure.
