Alexander Guembel, Appointed Senior Member of the Institut Universitaire de France
Alexander Guembel, Professor of Finance at TSM, is appointed Senior Member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF) as of 1 October 2021 for a period of 5 years.
The mission of the IUF is to foster the development of high-level research in universities and to strengthen interdisciplinarity. The IUF allows researchers to have more time for research projects. Indeed, academics appointed to the IUF are placed in a position of delegation. They continue to work in their home institution and are relieved of two-thirds of their teaching duties.
