I am French. I have two Master’s degrees: in International Business and in Cultures and Organisational Leadership. In between, I worked ten years for the Cosmetic Industry developing projects and products as well as managing business and people internationally. As an Associate Lecturer, I have taught Organisational Behaviour, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Management and Human Resources. I have participated in several international conferences around the thematic of Eco-Leadership and Responsible Management Education. My experience, studies and inspiring encounters led me to start the PhD process of becoming an expert by deepening knowledge in these thematic I am passionate about following strict research methodologies. I am enjoying this challenging entrepreneurial and creative new project as well as being my own boss doing so.
